The front desk staff was awesome. There was an issue with our reservation and she made sure it was corrected and was so courteous and caring.

The only negative for breakfast is the egg omlets were cold even coming off of the hot bar. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls were great. Bacon and potatoes were also on line. Pancake maker and pre packaged muffins, apples and bananas. There was a ball of hair at the foot of one of the beds. So we slept in one bed as we didn't want to move, just wanted to rest. Check in was great and so friendly.

Got there my room was sold to someone else, got a room, my key did not work, got a new one, went back and someone was in my room. Got another room, the spout was falling off the tub, needless to say not much water pressure for a shower at 3 am. I would not stay there again.

Room was clean and service was great. Breakfast had lots of choices but my choice of eggs, bacon and potatoes were all cold. I ended up eating yogurt, juice and coffee. I came down for breakfast at 6:40 AM so not sure why warm covered items were cold, but again there were lots of other options. I will certainly stay here again when passing through.
