Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 41 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

- A 5m² balcony overlooking the garden, sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby booster seat, cot, washing machine and tumble dryer (at an additional charge).

The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

- The management of the accommodation is independent from the management of the hotel.
- The concierge will provide everything you need for your arrival, i.e. 1 bin liner for each bin, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet and a dishwasher tablet. Please bring your own consumables for the rest of your stay.
