Private: well-kept garden 250 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house. Shop 200 m, grocery 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 50 m, bakery 500 m, café 80 m, pedestrian zone 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "au port" 550 m, sandy beach "Plage de Rödel" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Concarneau" 2 km. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
