The Space:

Sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms (1 king + 3 queens) - 3 baths across 2 levels.



Upper level: primary suite with a king bed, panoramic views, and an ensuite (dual sinks, shower). Open living room with floor-to-ceiling mountain views and a wood-burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with island bar seating. Dining for 8. A half bath. Deck with a Weber grill and seating for al fresco meals.



Lower level: dry sauna for two with Bluetooth speakers. Family room with an L-shaped sofa, pellet fireplace, and 65-inch smart TV. Primary suite 2 with a queen bed, smart TV, desk, and ensuite (triple shower heads, forest views). Two more queen bedrooms. A shared full bath with tub. Expansive patio with the hot tub and seating to soak in the views.



Bathrooms by level - Upper: primary ensuite + half bath. Lower: primary ensuite + shared full bath.



Grounds: 2.19 private acres with a winter sledding area.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:

Good to know before you book:

- This is a high-elevation mountain home - take it easy your first day while you adjust to the altitude.

- Mountain roads: AWD/4WD strongly recommended in winter.

- The home is split across two levels connected by interior stairs.

- Pet-friendly: well-behaved dogs are welcome (a $100 pet fee applies). Please let us know in advance and clean up after them inside and on the grounds.

- Self check-in; no one lives on-site, but we respond fast if anything comes up.



Power & weather: rare mountain storms can occasionally affect power. If an outage lasts more than 12 hours, we'll fully refund the unused night. For everything else, our standard cancellation policy applies.



House rules:

- No smoking inside or outside ($300 cleaning fee).

- No parties. Quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM. Monitored by NoiseAware, which measures noise levels only - it never records audio or conversations.

- Early check-in / late checkout can sometimes be arranged - just ask; confirmed up to 24 hours ahead. Unauthorized late checkout: $200 fee.

- Items left behind: we'll do our best to return them; a $30 fee plus shipping applies.
