The newer Hotel Pratt is a cozy hotel, nestled behind the historic Hotel Pratt, one of the older structures in the historic village of Cooperstown, NY. Guests of the Hotel Pratt enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot and the convenience of being in the heart of Cooperstown. It is just a half a block from Main Street, where one can browse through Main Street shops or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. It is under 300 feet from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field where the game of baseball was created (according to local legend).

Convenient to everything. Cooperstown was quiet - felt like we had the town to ourselves. Great parking, we never heard or saw other guests. I would stay again.

Hotel Pratt is exactly as advertised. The location is excellent! Close to restaurants, shopping and BHOF 5 minute walk. Other than the worn out furnishings and carpet, it is a great spot!

The quaintness of this hotel fits perfectly in the small town. It is safe, clean, great parking, walkable to museums, shopping and food. I would stay there again!!

As advertised, easy walk to Baseball HOF and plenty of dining and shopping options. You can easily park on arrival and not need your vehicle until you leave. Seamless check-in and nothing missing from promised room ammenities.

Dreams Park Tournament

The property is simple, without amenities beyond a clean, comfortable sleeping room that included a microwave and Fridge. The location is outstanding and made all the difference in our experience. We were a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, where we went to watch my Grandson play, but in walking distance to all that is available in Cooperstown village. I highly recommend!

Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this!

No frills, furniture is a bit “tired”, but beds were comfortable, place was clean, quiet, good parking, and extremely central to everything you’d want to do in Cooperstown.

Prime Location

We loved being able to walk out the front door, turn a corner, and practically be at the steps of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Property was equivalent to any other value hotel (Holiday Inn/Comfort Inn/etc) but the ease of check in and location made this a far better option for us. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Cooperstown.
