Villa Roc e Fiore is a stylish and minimalist retreat, located just a ten-minute walk from one of northern Corsica’s finest beaches, Ghjunchitu. The villa features clean, modern lines blended with the natural beauty of surrounding granite boulders. Guests can relax on the wooden deck or by the flood-lit pool under the stars. The light-filled interior, with glass doors on three sides, provides an elegant and comfortable space perfect for a couple or small family. The family-friendly beach nearby has a seasonal bar/restaurant, and there are also hidden coves accessible by trails through the maquis. The villa is just a five-minute drive from Ile Rousse and 30 minutes from Calvi, with easy access to more beaches and dining options. A coastal train, the Trinichellu, offers a scenic way to explore the area. Villa Roc e Fiore shares a driveway with another villa but remains otherwise independent.

Layout
The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a double bedroom with a 180cm bed and a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds, both of which lead to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a WC.
