This beautifully appointed home offers amenities such as a theater room, exercise room, recreation room, private pool, hot tub, and much more. Being the third home from the ocean and directly beside the community beach walkway, this home is perfect for families of all ages. With 2 large dining room tables and a kitchen bar, there is enough space for the whole family to share a meal. At Peace of Heaven, relaxation is key, those who find relaxation in work will appreciate the office space. Spend the day lounging at the poolside cabana while the kids challenge themselves to beat the high scores on the arcade game. Enjoy the fresh morning air with a cup of coffee on one of the numerous oceanside decks Peace of Heaven has to offer. Every bedroom has a private bath and there is a half bath on the ground level and another on the top level.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was special. There was enough room for all of the family to be together under 1 roof for Thanksgiving. There were bathrooms in every bedroom along with 2 half bathrooms for others that were visiting for the day. We used every inch of this home including the hot tub, the game room the extremely large kitchens with 2 refrigerators on the top floor and one on the first floor, the theater which also doubled for a karaoke bar one evening. Negative: Spider and cobwebs around all the entrances that could have been cleaned before we arrived and the dust in some of the rooms and on some of the pictures. A little more detail goes a long way. All in all, we had an excellent time.

Great House!

It was an amazing experience. Photos are not doing the house justice. With the beach so close by, we could visit with our families several times in a day or have fun at home. The home theater, pool table, hot tub, and TVs in every room, was an outstanding addition. The kitchen was amazing and fully loaded with a variety of dishes. Overall, enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

OMG My Forever Home

I can't say enough about this house. It was not what I expected and but a whole lot more. Oh, how I wish I could rent this house every time I visit the Outer Banks. The pictures do not do this home justice. This is definitely a diamond in the rough. You will have plenty enough room for everyone, and no one will be on top of each other. All in all, this home is Perfect!

Fun Vacation

We had a fun vacation and Peace of Heaven was a good rental. However, the bedrooms are a bit small, the pool was small for our group, and the amenities were average. We had an air conditioner break and we were without AC on the second level for one day and one of the dishwashers needed to be replaced and was not functional for the first couple days of our rental. I don't believe the pool cleaners came at all during our stay. So we would not choose to stay in this property again.

"Peace of disappointment"

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this house is its location! Right on the boardwalk 3 rows back from the ocean. Great size bedrooms, kitchen table area big enough for everyone to sit at dinner & play games together. Office for the collage kids to do their school work! This is actually the second time we have booked this house and it since has changed rental agency's. The set up of the rooms fits our families well, but we will never rent it again. You can tell that the owner or management let things go in the short 2 years its been since we were there last. I always let the company know about everything and anything wrong with a house when we rent, if I was the owner I would want to know. Right down to the cracked coffee maker that was left for us. They did have a new one to us that same day. This is our 11th year renting in OBX. Most aggravating was the condition of the pool when we arrived. The filter was full of hair -debris, there was a very noticeable scum line and what the cleaner said was a "stain" around the water line of the pool. NOT-you could wipe it with a finger nail. Yes, I reported it right away at check in- I have text messages and emails to the property management with photos of everything. When the pool company showed up finally she said she cleaned the pool for 2 hours before we arrived on Sunday -there was no way she could have with the amount of sand and scum at the bottom and sides of the pool. Bathroom fixtures loose and had to actually have a shower fixture replaced during our stay. Door handles missing from the 1st floor sliding glass door, talk about dangerous. It was laying on the patio table upon our arrival. Also the sliding glass door out to the pool area-the door handle came off right in a guests hand. Are these not things the cleaners report when they are there "cleaning up" Certainly hard to miss a broken door handle if your cleaning all the rooms! Lastly was the broken TV in the movie room, had 1/2 screen most times when you turned it on.

Affordable New Year's Getaway

Obviously we needed several bedrooms, and this was by far the most affordable considering what all you get with this property. All the bedrooms were very spacious with king size beds, the bottom floor provided lots of entertainment, upstairs hosted great meals and games. Plenty of deck space for entertainment with a view. Hot tub was great after our annual polar plunge. The beach access walkway is right next to the house and was perfect. 5 minutes from the lighthouse and driving on the beach. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

After years of renting through another large agency in Corolla and an unsatisfactory experience during our last trip we were happy to find this property through Coast Realty.Our group (5 families 9adults 11kids) had an perfect week. The house met every need - space for the kids to hang in the lower level with ample activities. Clean spacious bedrooms - interesting to note that many of them did not have dressers. Large common area on top level with plenty of seating for our large group. Decks and outdoor furniture were in great condition. There is a great view from the top deck as the lot between the house and the ocean is vacant allowing for the sound of the waves to reach the house. Kitchen was well stocked. 2 fridges (3 counting rec room) and lots of pantry space was perfect for all our food and snacks.Pool area was nice - we were a little disappointed that the pool appeared to be very dirty and when inquiring about this were told that it had been an ongoing issue all season. There was also an issue with our door code but a prompt response from the staff at Coast Reality worked this out.The house is a great location in the middle of the Whalehead neighborhood allowing the kids to ride bikes to stores in either direction. Also an easy 2 min walk to the beach right on the walking path.While in town for the week we enjoyed:having Outer Banks Boil Company cater a dinner at the housedoing yoga with Chelsea from Corolla Yoga by the Seadelicious smoothie bowls from the Juice Jarbagels from Lighthouse Bagelsdelicious peel and eat shrimp from Seaside Farm Market

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting at Corolla for many years and this is the first house everyone wants to come back to. We’ve always rented through that other rental company but I have enjoyed my experience with Coast Realty better. Easy check in, the house was so clean and they were easy to get a hold of when we needed something. The house is in a great location, had a great layout and an elevator for my elderly parents who can no longer climb all those stairs. The heated pool was a huge hit when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The only recommendation is offering a grill brush to clean the grill.
