Our coastal condo with bay view is waiting for you!
The condo is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a sofa bed in the living room. We provide linens, blankets, and pillows for each of the beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom for guests to enjoy. The balcony offers some of the most beautiful views one can enjoy! Grab a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. BBQ grills are located on the property along with a picnic area. Pets are allowed on a owner approval basis with a pet fee charged. Pack your bags and come enjoy all Rockport has to offer!

Broken Elevator

The elevator was not working and made my stay miserable because I have a bad knee and my wife is on life support, so you can imagine how challenging it was to carry luggage and coolers up and down to the 3rd floor and never saw anybody working on it the 3 days we were there. Inside, the back balcony glass door didn’t lock so we slept with and unlocked place and the floor felt dust like it had not been swept. The edge of the curtain was broken. The toilet made a noise and we had to continuously adjust it

Laguna Reef

The elevator was not funtional. That required the hauling of lots of heavy things we brought. The Laguna staff helped a lot with that, but it was an issue again when leaving. We were on the 3rd floor.

Nice place with a beautiful view, pool and pier. No privacy on the balconies since they are separated by mesh. Wish we had more towels than the 4 for 3 people but a great start in general!

Great last minute getaway

Most important to me is cleanliness. Despite the age of the property, this condo is very clean. The view of the bay and patio are great. The sofa bed is what you would expect of a sofa bed, fine for the kids but maybe not an adult. Everything inside the condo like furniture, appliances, linens all seem very new. Coffee provided was a very nice touch. The condos are all in close quarters so I would recommend a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. I didn’t have any issues to contact the owner. I would stay here again.

Clean

This place was spotless. Towels, linens, shampoo and body wash provided. Dishes, cleaning supplies available, along with a coffee pot and coffee, creamer and sugar. Perfect for our small family of 4. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. There was a fishing pier which we enjoyed fishing off of. Only thing is at night, the lights walking up to the pier were out. Cold ac. Bed was absolutely comfy and sheets buttery soft. We weren’t able to get the tv in the bedroom to work which is a bumber bc i need the tv on to fall asleep. I don’t know if the neighbors we had were the owners or just a guest but their dog barked the entire time it’s owner was gone which was annoying when we were sleeping in the morning. And it would bark at us when we’d go out on the patio. Hopefully that was just a guest because that dog was annoying. Only 1 elevator and it was janky and hot. Every time we got on we weren’t sure if it was going to make it. Overall, We would recommend this place and would stay again
