This single-story bungalow sits just across the road from the bay shore, less than a mile south of downtown Rockport's restaurants, bars, shops, and heritage district. Lounge in the sand at Rockport Beach, less than two miles north, or use the public dock about a mile away. The Texas Maritime Museum, the Rockport Center for the Arts, and the Fulton Mansion State Historic Site are also within four miles.
Begin each morning outside on the porch, sipping your first cup of coffee and taking in the views and salty breezes off Aransas Bay. Retreat to the deck and fenced yard after a day of exploration and adventure to sear your fresh catch on the gas grill.
This centrally air-conditioned home is painted in pastel colors, creating a cheerful, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy an open living and dining area with a smart TV, a darling kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a built-in breakfast nook overlooking the bay.

***This home does not have private pier for guests use. There is a public pier available at Market St and Water St that guest may utilize.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
