The heated saltwater pool was a pleasant amenity, as was the hot tub. The condo was fine, the floor was sandy, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but the rest of the condo was as described.We had a good time, the location was excellent, it was quiet and great access to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. We have been coming to this condo since the early 90s. History of great customer service in the past with quick turn around time responses re requests. This trip was different. Requested early check in and no response. Did get a message 2 min before check in time that the room was ready. We always leave the evening before the check out time. IMO, it seems the business culture has changed.

Perfect for Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice condo just steps from the beach. It was clean and cozy. There was plenty of space for all our belongings. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced as it is very flimsy and could not accommodate an adult. Our 10 yr old boy was fine on it though. We had an incident with the unit above us where the A/C overflowed and leaked through the ceiling. However, the maintenance guy was there in a flash and got it fixed. Team was extremely responsive.
