Relax at our gorgeous 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in the Palms - Flour Bluff. 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from HEB and major restaurants. Perfect for families seeking the comfort of a home away from home!
Enjoy the stocked kitchen for delicious meals or fire up the propane grill for food, drinks, and sunsets.

3 BEDROOMS
Our three bedrooms are lovely places to lay your head. Feel at home among upholstered headboards, bedside tables and lamps and soothing artwork. The beds come with plenty of pillows. And each room has a fan.

Bedroom 1 – King bed (master), en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – King bed
Bedroom 3 – Queen over queen bunk bed

Please note: Our house can sleep up to 9 guests including infants. All rooms have smart TVs.

2 BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms have new modern vanities and light fixtures – master has walk-in shower with built in bench while second bath comes with a soaking tub/shower combination. There are plush towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom, so you don’t have to carry yours from home.

**Kindly note that failure to follow house rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

Help us be good neighbors and hosts! When you decide to stay with us, keep these requirements in mind:

- Parties are not allowed, and our quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am.

- Check-in is starting 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. We need time to prepare the home for our next guests and appreciate your prompt departure before or at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.

- This home is non-smoking including inside the home and any interior structures. There is a minimum $1,200 per day cleaning charge for smoking inside the home, plus any cost for smoke mitigation.

- Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. No exceptions.

- You agree to leave the property as you found it as far as furniture placement (inside and out), putting any games and amenities back where you found them, and picking up after your pets.

- Guest understands that if Guest does not follow the house rules or causes damage to the property, we can incur significant expense, beyond the typical repair cost due to the nature of our business. These costs plus a 20% management fee will be charged to Guest and Guest agrees to pay these charges.

Beach Soccer trip

Our kid's soccer teams decide last minute to do a beach soccer tournament in Chorpus. Most things were already book, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this listing for our family. The place was very well sticked and looked just like the pictures. The tree in the front needs trimming as its hanging over in the driveway but this is very minor. The owner was very responsive and even added a night with ease.

Beautiful Stay

Absolutely beautiful home!! It was very peaceful. I loved the bedrooms, the bunk beds were great for my step kids. My step daughter loved the toys and it kept her entertained when we weren't at the beach. The dogs loved running around the backyard. The right amount space to feel at home. The communication with the host was great and the welcome card with bottle if wine was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful Home

What a wonderful place to enjoy our family reunion. Within 10 minutes or so to Whitecap Beach which was fantastic. Very nice neighbors as we got to meet a couple of them. House worked out perfectly and so convenient to everything.

Nice House

Pros: Great location (Wal-Mart, HEB or Dollar Store all 5 minutes or less from the house as well as a short trip to North Padre or Corpus Christi Bay area). Great layout, plenty of space, the house was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable, TVs in all rooms, outdoor grill, outdoor seating, management was very responsive, and trustworthy - my daughter left several necklaces in the dresser drawer, and they mailed them to us, kitchen has most cookware needed and the gift basket with snack, wine and a thank-you note were a nice touch. Cons: door code did not work initially, and we had to use the backup code, the grass was not mowed, the microwave above the stove was dirty and looked like it had mold in it (they had an alternate microwave on the counter to use), the master bathroom shower had mold in the corners and a blanket in one of the bedrooms was put up slightly wet (we washed and dried it before using). Overall, due to the responsiveness and helpfulness of the management, we felt that the pros outweigh the cons, and we would stay here again.

Perfect house!

The entire property is exactly as listed! Wonderful, fully stocked house. Huge yard for the dogs to play. Just awesome, the entire family loved our stay and we can’t wait to return multiple times this year. You can’t go wrong with this property!!

We were very happy with our stay, and very pleased with accomodations. It was clean and bright and I appreciated the tasteful, less beachy decorating. Our empty nest dogs were very happy as well. The kitchen ware was a bit minimal, but sufficient and of good quality. Our only suggestion would be to make the floor of the tub a bit more slip-proof. We would recommend this location to anyone, traveling with pets or not!

This house was perfect for us. We have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they pretty much had EVERYTHING we needed. Pack n play, booster seat, step stool in the bathroom, small seat for the potty if needed, toys, books, stuffed animals, extra blankets. House was really clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, we ate all meals at home and we had a lot of the things we needed. There was even a lovely welcome basket in the kitchen when we got there full of goodies, even a bottle of wine! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful house, great location

Very well kept and maintained house. The owners thought of everything you would need, and provided extras as well. House was very clean, and spacious. Location is great- in between Bay Area & North Padre. Owners were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again.
