The Space:

The spacious living room offers ample seating, perfect for movie nights or enjoying the game, all while taking in the stunning bay views. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for three at the expansive kitchen island. The fully-equipped kitchen provides plenty of counter space and is stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or craft your favorite cocktails. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with two twin beds and a twin trundle bed. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor. A large parlor room with breathtaking water views provides a fantastic space for games and relaxation. Upstairs, discover two more bedrooms. The first features a queen bed, a cozy sitting area, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable sitting area, an en-suite bathroom, and also boasts balcony access. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront home. Enjoy the spacious living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. The first floor features two bedrooms, a half-bathroom, and a parlor room with water views. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and balcony access. Relax on the private 200-foot pier and take in the stunning Aransas Bay views. All amenities, including the BBQ grill, are available for your use. Please note that the laundry room and outdoor spaces are also exclusively for guests.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Joys Beach House is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
