Welcome to Surfside Retreat. Our 420 square foot condo is perfect for your next beach vacation! Updated rental with fantastic bay views. Relax in the living area, listen to the ocean from the balcony, or enjoy the Roku TV. Fall asleep on the new queen memory foam mattress in the bedroom. Bunk beds, and a queen size memory foam sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 max. Beach is steps away. Two pools and BBQ area. Be our guest. Daily and weekly rates available.

The condo is located on Corpus Christi's North Beach. The area in front of the condo feels like your own private beach. North Beach is a nice, quiet area. We are within walking distance to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a 2 mile walkway along the beach.

Additional Information
- Must be 21 or older in order to book with us
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Guests are allotted two vehicles per unit. Additional cars are $10 per car, up to 4 cars
- One time check-in resort fee of $20
- Unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs
- Check-in after 3 PM and Check-out by 11 AM
- Please take out trash and do dishes before leaving
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. $250 cleaning fee will apply
- Damages to property could result in fines

Over-all, we did enjoy our stay. Originally, it was supposed to be a total of 6 people sleeping here (ended up being 3 and a baby), and I'm honestly so glad. I understand that you want pictures to make your place look bigger, but this place was much more cramped than we were expecting. The floors obviously hadn't been mopped in awhile cause after the 8month old crawled around for about 10 minutes, his feet, knees & hands were all black.

Adorable property

This property is so cute! I loved it here. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. This property has its own access to the beach anytime of day or night. It is walking distance. Even though there is construction going on, you don’t hear it at all. As of right now there is no elevators so you do have to walk up stairs to get to the property. The owner was amazing. They set out a binder with food and activities in the area. Even had menus inside of it! Definitely made my trip so much easier. They were so easy to reach too and responded in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

Overall pretty nice place. A little smaller than anticipated but nothing crazy. Great access to the beach. Friendly and easy check in and check out process. Shower pressure could be better, I suggest bringing a cup into the shower. Overall we enjoyed it.

Overall the complex is super run down and feels pretty sketchy. The unit itself has cute decor and a fairly good layout using as much space as possible for a small unit. The AC is in good working condition. The bathroom is very run down and the tub was so stained and old my child wouldn’t get in it. The main bedroom needs a blackout curtain on the window. The light in the outdoor corridor shines so brightly into the window I could read by it! The fridge needs a good cleaning. It smelled sour and there was hair stuck the the walls. Over all the unit needs better attention to cleaning. Which is more of a reflection on the cleaning company the owners use not the owner of the unit. I don’t think we would return. I wasn’t impressed with this area of CC or this particular complex.

Horrible condo, stay away!

The listing said there was some exterior work being done, not a big deal, I can handle that. BUT NO, THE WHOLE PLACE WAS BEING REDONE! Saw a construction permit that stated steel interior work was being done. The condo was so small and the bathroom has a pipe coming out of the ceiling leaking water into the tub. The owner said, oh yea, forgot to tell you about that, it's just the AC condensation pipe, it's NORMAL! I don't think so!! Stay away from this run down hell hole.

Fun but challenging

We enjoyed our stay, but had issues with my husband being able to get in and out of the room. We ended up sleeping on the pull out because he couldn't get into the bedroom. It was definitely NOT handicap accessible. We managed to get him in and out through the door, over the 3 inch lip using his transfer board. The doors and angles to the bathroom and bedroom were not manageable, but the complex had bathrooms downstairs that were accessible. We did enjoy our stay though. The beach access was wonderful and the view was great. The property owner was very helpful when we contacted them. Most people don't understand what is involved with true handicap, chair-bound situations. So I hope this is helpful for others in the future. It is really a wonderful little place for people who can maneuver it.
