The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 303L is an elegant 2 Bedroom condo renting as a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom with the Guest Bedroom and Bathroom locked off.

Once entering the condo your eyes are immediately drawn to the dainty chandelier hanging in the entry way, accompanied by the Victorian style paintings and mirror. As you continue through the entry and open into the living, kitchen, and dining area your eyes are still well pleased at the quaint yet modernized look of this particular condo. Your mind immediately slips into the vacation mode you are searching for as the beach view consumes your vision while looking towards the Gulf of Mexico from the full length windows that line the living area. The third floor is only steps away from the boardwalk, pool area, lobby and sundeck levels making this unit very compatible for anyone.
From the living area, dining and kitchen the view of sandy beaches surrounds you and your company whether you are making breakfast, eating a meal, or watching television on the 32” flat screen. There are tall patio chairs on your private balcony facing the ocean where you can enjoy your coffee or a conversation. The living room is equipped with pull down sun shades to help keep the brightness of the sun toned down as it rises directly over the ocean.
The master suite has a comfortable King sized bed and a private bathroom tucked away. The furniture is very beautiful and placed throughout the room for your convenience as well as a full sized closet to hang your belongings. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk in, tiled shower and single sink counter top.

The devil is in the details!

The particular condo we stayed in needed some TLC. It had a weird odor like an old vacuum cleaner bag or dirty HVAC filter. The garbage disposal was broken. There are NO ceiling fans. The kitchen needs a pizza wheel, a tea kettle, wooden spoons, plastic containers w/ lids for leftovers, etc. Nothing major, but definitely needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Wonderful view, super convenient!

We had a great time at this condo. It is right on the beach and the condo provides towels and loungers/chairs. The condo itself has a great balcony with chairs & tables, a super comfy, bright living room / kitchen area, and a super comfy bed. Everything was very clean, check in & check out was simple. We loved this place!

beautiful place to wake up and come home to.

This was a well managed , clean, well presented, and comfortable condo. It is well located for all activities but not in the middle of the town and bar activities. We enjoyed just having coffee in the morning and looking at the incredible view. There were lots of amenities like grills, pools and a walkway to the water. The birds were plentiful.

Wonderful experience. Loved the accommodations. Condo was very clean and roomy. Staff were very nice. Would stay there again and I would highly recommend the Sand Piper for a nice vacation.

Very nice Condo on the beach

This is our first time staying at Sandpiper. I thought the property would be smaller, but was actually hotel/resort sized. That bothered us at first, but it actually was a great stay. The only downside to our stay was it was too short, only 2 nights and the price was pretty high. We didn't get to use the pool, but it was very large and looked clean. All that being said, it was a beach front condo with a spectacular view.
