This 3rd-floor Penthouse offers an amazing view of the Gulf, a Shared Pool, and beautiful sunrises on the back balcony with tall chairs and a high-top table to see over the railing. Inside, the large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils, everything you need to enjoy your stay. A center island and wide granite counters provide plenty of kitchen space to prepare meals. This property is decorated with beach and marine life and soothing colors of green and blue. The dining table looks out the sliding glass doors with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room area is made up of large windows for maximum viewing, a sofa that also folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space, an accent chair, a rocker/recliner, and a large wall-mounted TV.
A King-sized bed awaits you in the master bedroom (BR1), with a large window, nightstands, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The attached bathroom is comprised of a large granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Twin over-queen bunk bed with a closet. The hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and tiled tub/shower. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a hall closet for your use during your stay. The third bedroom, on the opposite side of the condo, (BR3) contains a King bed, 2 Twins, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and a door leading out to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom holds a granite vanity and a walk-in tile shower. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, and 2 shared community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
