Relax and enjoy the year round activities at Greek Peak Mountain Resort in our recently renovated modern mountain townhome. Located directly across the street from the ski hill, this home has great views and is a quiet end unit. Short walk to lifts or in season take the shuttle to the ski resort, nearby Hope Lake Lodge, or Adventure Center.
Our space is laid out to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. One bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size murphy bed on the main level and there is an additional convertible chair/bed. You'll love our beautiful bathroom with rainhead shower.
Stow your equipment in our locked ski closet. Snuggle in by the electric fireplace and play boards games.
There is a well-equipped kitchen if you'd like to prepare meals "at home" or dine nearby at Trax Pub and Grill or Carver's Steak House.
Hope Lake Lodge has a waterpark and Waterfall Spa. Nature lovers and hikers can enjoy the Finger Lakes Trail system. The ski trails turn into mountain bike trails spring to fall.
Getting married or attending a wedding at Greek Peak? This is an ideal location to give you some peace and quiet in between the fun and you can easily walk to venues if you prefer!
We are a ten minute drive from the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex in Cortland and a half hour away to enjoy Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and Finger Lake wineries.

My son and I recently stayed on the property while in town for a baseball tournament. The condo was in great condition and very modern throughout. There was plenty of room for us to eat, sleep, and relax. Our hosts were very welcoming and were quick to communicate and provide good local recommendations on where to eat. The location was great - right near the mountain and only 15 minutes from downtown Cortland.I Highly recommend considering this property for your next stay in the Cortland area.

Great little place

We stayed here for our son’s graduation. It is a ten minute ride from Cortland and nice and quiet. Do not let the outside full you as it could use some help. The owners have thought of everything they could possibly do on the inside. The Murphy bed on the main floor is a fantastic alternative to a pull out sofa. Excellent communication from the owners. The unit was spotless and completely renovated to brand new condition on the inside. Large deck but no shade so we did not use it. We would book it again if needed. While it did not affect us, the stairs to the second floor could be a small challenge to someone with mobility issue and the bathroom is located on the second floor. Short drive or walk to Greek Peak for dinner and right across the street from the lifts for skiing.i am sure the association has to be thinking about an exterior renovation in the future.

Tranquil Space

Hubby and I chose to stay at Virgil Mountain View as our daughter attends SUNY Cortland and it is convenient to campus, but still isolated and quiet. Finishes were beautiful and condo was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely stay again for a longer weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!

My son, husband and I came to celebrate the new year at Greek Peak and were so pleased at the location of Virgil Mountain View (a brief walk from the lifts). The condo is lovely and meticulously neat and clean, and I can say that the owners thought of everything! I stayed in the Arcadia Village when I was in my teens so I know its age (cough, cough) but the renovations and updates have made this property downright luxurious. Everything from the coffee and provided oatmeal, breakfast bars and popcorn, well stocked kitchen equipment, comfy beds (the Murphy bed was so comfortable) to the updated bathroom and shower demonstrate the owners attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their work. Communication was excellent as well. We will be returning! A word on the local restaurants: highly recommend the Green Arch in Cortland: an old time Italian, family owned gem. We also enjoyed Dashers Corner Pub in Homer. We cooked in also and as mentioned, didn’t need for anything in terms of cookware and cutlery. I highly recommend this property.

Best women’s trip!!

Beautiful place!! So comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Felt open and spacious despite its size. Loved the deck and view of the mountains. Jen was great to work with and went out of her way to be accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom gorgeous. So so grateful she had coffee and creamer because I forgot!! Would go back again. Had a ball in Ithaca which is only 30 minutes away. Also we drove to the Virgil Mtn trailhead only 9 minutes away and did an awesome 5 mile loop hike which was very well marked. Great weekend. Thx Jen!!

Wonderful stay

My family attended a wedding at Greek Peek and had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. The place was clean, welcoming, decorated beautifully and so cozy. Fabulous!

We absolutely loved this property. It's beautifully furnished, squeaky clean, and had everything we needed. Being an end unit, the condo was also very quiet. My husband and I stayed here while attending a multi-day summer event at Greek Peak. The location was ideal: the front deck looks right at the mountain and it's a 2-minute walk to the base. Jennifer was a gracious host - wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Virgil Mountain View!

The pictures online do not do this place justice, it was was absolutely incredible. It had absolutely everything you can think of, so very well stocked from the kitchen and the bathroom to all the bedroom linens. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with. My family stayed here during memorial day weekend and we loved it. The location was great for families, there's a lot to do at Greek Peak and there's scenic trails and waterfalls near by. The condo had everything we needed, was exactly as pictured online, and was modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great Virgil Mountain View and much more!

We have been going to Greek Peak Mountain for over 20 years. This place was one of our favorite condos throughout all of the years! Jennifer and Adam provided so many necessities that other owners have not. The condo was very clean and organized. As my daughter stated, "This place is aesthetically pleasing!" An additional bonus was the quick walk to the mountain! We can not wait to return!!!!

A perfect home away from home

My family of 4 had an absolutely wonderful stay here and was the perfect relaxing space after a long day of skiing. The condo is modern, clean, cozy, decorated nicely and supplied with an abundance of amenities. The location could not have been better and was only a short 3 minute walk to the mountain, which was easy to do even when lugging heavy ski equipment. The owners exhibited great communication as well and assisted to our every question and need. The checkin and out process was very smooth and contactless. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it as an alternative to staying at the lodge. This place really did feel like a home away from home and highly contributed to ski vacation. Thank you for a great stay!
