Beautiful, private setting on a quiet cove on a lake. Pictures and descriptions are true to the property. Two large dining tables, inside and outside, are great spots for large groups to gather along with plenty of private areas to work, rest or relax. Host is very responsive to any questions or requests. We had a great stay!

Amazing! Beautiful accomodations. Heated pool. Kayaks. Incredible views. Fire pit. I would stay here every year. What a fabulous New England escape!!

A great place for family get-together

We had a wonderful stay. The house is true to its pictures and description. The house is beautiful and spacious, with enough room for a large group to spread out for different activities. We loved using the pool practically every day, and made great use of the kayaks as well. A really nice setting, and our host was very communicative and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Pool on lake

The pool is definitely the prize. We swam in it every day and night. The area is nice with easy access to highways.Plenty of room for families to chill out and grill out. The only bummer was the lake being lowered due to a damn issue but the pool was awesome.

Fabulous house for a multi-generational family

A perfect house for a family weekend with our adult children, spouses and 2 & 4 year old grandchildren. There were enough rooms for everyone, and lots of great communal space and multiple sitting areas both inside and out. The pool was fabulous with plenty of floats and noodles so we didn’t feel any need to go to the neighborhood beach. We enjoyed the kayaks. Samantha was responsive and helpful. All in all—-one of the best places we’ve ever rented.

Couldn't have been better!

Don't miss your chance to stay in this fabulous home. It ticks so many "perfect vacation" boxes from the beautiful, peaceful lakefront location and pristine swimming pool to the convenient layout and gorgeous decor. Samantha has thought of everything for her guests convenience. There were multiple seating areas in the sun and the shade on the deck, by the pool and overlooking the lake. The lower level with its kitchenette was as luxurious as the main floor and could easily work for a separate family on its own. We had a fabulous stay and hope to be back again next summer!

Great house with plenty of room to be together (10 of us) or spread out, and the heated pool and fire pit for smores were spectacular. Home was clean and well stocked with the basics such as pool towels, bathroom supplies, and so forth. Having a table for 10 both poolside and in the dining room was great for meals. Samantha was a terrific host, checking in with us to be sure all was good and responding immediately when we had questions. While the lake had been lowered for repair due to a breach in the dam, we took advantage of everything else and had a great vacation.

A wonderful stay

It would be hard to come up with all the superlatives this property deserves. It's a beautiful house and setting, with a dock right on the adjacent lake, a fire pit, and the best private pool I have ever seen. The house was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, with lots of space for being together as well as quieter nooks to get away. The location is in a lovely neighborhood of homes encircling the lake--quiet and comfortable. Our family of five adults and three children had the best time imaginable--the pool, kayaks and canoe were BIG hits. The location is perfect, an easy drive to Warwick, Providence, and Boston, and 45 minutes to a beautiful beach. My communication with the owner was everything you would want it to be--she answered any questions I had immediately and addressed them perfectly. The pictures on the site show you what a beautiful place it is, but truly, this was the perfect experience for our family.

Pros: -Recently renovated -Beautifully decorated (just like the pictures) -Spacious and clean -Comfortable beds/furniture -Nice pool area with outdoor dining -Fire pit area -Not too far from other popular areas in RI such as Narragansett Cons: -Not lake front…the property is located on a cove, with low water levels. This didn’t allow for swimming or other water sports/activities. This is the reason for the 3 star rating for “accuracy of online listing” as this was a main attraction for booking. -The sunken living room, dining room & bedroom on main level (one step down into each room) took a little time to get used to. Overall we had a fun and relaxing time! The host is very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
