Beautiful property right on the water with snorkeling right off the rocks in front. You do need to climb doen ladders to get into the ocean. Located within walking distance if the edge of town food is about an 8 min walk. Good spot for budget minded travelers who don't want the isolation that large resorts tend to have. Staff was competent and helpful although we did have to wait 15 minutes for them to come and check us in.

The room was small but decent and clean but the bed and furniture were very uncomfortable and there were very few amenities so be prepared to go to the grove store. Also, the beach chairs are very uncomfortable as well so it was difficult to relax the entire time as we just couldn’t find a “soft spot” in the whole place. The view and staff were great and there’s plenty of snorkeling right off the patio area. No walkout beach though so climbing in and out of the ladder can be difficult at times depending on the condition of the ocean. Also, be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator service and everything is up and down multiple flights of stairs. You’ll also need to rent a vehicle as there’s no taxi service close by and everything is driving distance away.

The staff were really nice, the room was clean. We had no deck but a glass door to a path leads to the pool, ocean ours was the bottom floor.There was no tv in our room. The overall experience was nice. I would recommend to stay here, the ocean beautiful colours and great for a quick dip and snorkeling. 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal, so quite close if you are able to walk.. bring small bills if going to taxi they don’t take credit card from town to the hotel

The view was great. Clean and no bugs. Easy parking during off season. While providing everything we needed, some fixtures could be updated.
