I am really unhappy with this motel. I stayed for one night while in Cranbrook for work. I received a phone call the next day because I had accidentally spilled a little bit of coffee on my sheets. The man started yelling at me and told me he would charge my card $150. When I said I did not authorize that transaction, he hung up on me and charged my card anyway. It was very aggressive and unprofessional. I will never stay here again.
