• Our home is pet-friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40 per day, up to a maximum of $250 per stay.
• Access to the sleeping loft is via a steep staircase, which may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns
• No A/C: As is common in the area, this property does not have air conditioning
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleaning every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense.
