This is a 2- bdrm, 2- ba home built October 2025. It is 950sf with central heat and air. Half the house has carpeted floors. Here are the appliances:
1) Washer and dryer
2) Hot water heater
3) Refrigerator/ freezer
4) Dishwasher
5) Stove/ Oven
There is a queen size bed in master bdrm and a full size bed in the second bdrm. Each bedroom has a t.v. with cable channels and streaming access.
The dining table is a folding table on lockable wheels with 4 stools. There are two larger chairs that can be used for dining.
Folks park in the back on a 20ft wide concrete driveway and patio.
Back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and includes a picnic table with chain lighting above. The back yard has well watered grass.
Please park on the driveway and not on the grass located inside the fence. Additional parking is located on the 20ft easement outside the fence.

Very nice house. It is located off the beaten path, but within a 5 minute drive of any type of store you may need. From groceries to autoparts. We stayed here while visiting our son who is stationed at Eglin AFB.
