Located near the beach, Villa Vele Skale is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday.



The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the one hand, the villa is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi and a private pool, on the other hand, great care has been taken to preserve the charm of traditional houses on the coast. On the ground floor you will find a charming kitchen connected to the dining area, as well as a cosy lounge area with a fireplace. On the mezzanine floor there is another lounge area with direct access to the terrace. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are distributed over the first floor and have a private terrace, and the convenient location of this property offers an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a quiet holiday without stress and noise.



The whole Vinodol valley is a paradise for fishermen, cyclists, walkers, hikers, climbers and paragliders. There are many cycle paths, walking and hiking trails that run along the fascinating areas of Vinodol. This allows our guests to enjoy the experience of unspoilt nature and cultural heritage. The coastal towns of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski with beautiful beaches and restaurants or the island of Krk are only 10 minutes away by car. The largest Croatian harbour town of Rijeka is 30 km away and Rijeka Airport is 5 km away. Car hire is recommended.

We had the most amazing 6 weeks at Villa Vele Skale that will forever hold a special place in our hearts! This gorgeous stone house with its own pool was like a dream come true. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and the views of the sea were absolutely stunning. Plus, being so close to the beach and awesome restaurants was a huge bonus. But you know what made it even better? Our superhost Marinela. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. Whenever we needed help or had a question, she was right there ready to lend a hand. Her hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable, and we're so grateful for all the care she put into making our experience top-notch.

Vertrauenswürdiger Kunde

Die Villa ist wirklich ein schönes Plätzchen.

Die Villa ist wirklich ein schönes Plätzchen. Der beheizte Pool war uns wichtig und hat auch für unseren Zeitraum Mitte Oktober noch vollkommen ausgereicht. Da hat das Wetter aber auch mitgespielt mit meinst über 20 Grad. Pool war mit 25 Grad immer ausreichend warm.Für uns als Family mit Kind war für den Abend auch der Fernseher und die Internetverbindung wichtig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte einen Fernseher mit Sat-TV. Und der Hauptfernseher im Wohnbereich hatte dazu auch Netflix und Youtube.Die Internetverbindung war mit ca. 10 MBit etwas schwach, reichte aber für einen Filmeabend aus. Der Fernseher hatte ein paar Macken aber mit An / Aus war auch das behoben.Im Oktober sind leider keine Saison mehr daher hat kaum etwas im Ort geöffnet. Aber in den Nachbarstädten findet man noch ein paar nette kleine Restaurants. Im Ort selbst nur ein paar Meter weiter ist ein kleiner Konzum zum Einkaufen. In der nächsten größeren Stadt ein paar Fahrminuten weiter ist auch direkt ein Lidl für den größeren Einkauf.Es ist zumindest im Oktober recht ruhig. Und vermutlich könnten Angler hier immer noch auf ihre Kosten kommen. Zumindest konnten wir unten am Meer einige mit Angeln / Harpunen beobachten.Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilft bei allen Fragen und Problemen. Auch auf Deutsch. Was hier neben Englisch auch in vielen Läden gesprochen wird.Im Oktober waren immer noch einige Mücken unterwegs daher würde ich vermuten ist es im Sommer ein größeres Problem auf das man vorbereitet sein sollte. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für uns war das Sofa im Wohnbereich beim Fernseher. Es ist etwas unbequem und die Kissen rutschen in alle Himmelsrichtungen wenn man liegen möchte. Und die Regenduschen funktionierten nicht. Da könnte man etwas nachbessern.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Vele Skale. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Die Vermieterin Marinela ist supernett und immer ansprechbar. Sie hat uns immer gute Tipps fuer unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Kueche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Abwicklung ueber myistria war sehr professionel und wir fuehlten uns gut aufgehoben. Jederzeit wieder! Fuer das Haus und fuer myistria jeweils volle 10 Sterne!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Villa Vele Skala. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gut ausgestattet mit viel Platz für 6 Personen.und ein Baby. Pool, Außen- und Wohnbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Jadranovo ist ein netter kleiner Ort ohne große Hotelanlagen. Die Lage der Villa Vele Skala ist äußerst ruhig, Eine Treppe hinunter und man ist am Meer und Strand angekommen. Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Marinela ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir können uns den vorangegegangen, ausgezeichneten Bewertungen vollumfänglich anschließen.
