Familien bak hotellet setter sin ære i at hver eneste gjest skal føle seg som hjemme, og de leverer på et nivå som overgår forventningene – uansett om du kommer for én natt eller en uke. Hotellet er skinnende rent fra inngangsdøra til hvert eneste hjørne på rommene. Lukten av friskhet og renhet gir umiddelbart en behagelig ro. Sengene er av ypperste kvalitet, brede og faste med deilige, luftige dyner og puter som føles som en sky. Sengetøyet er av høyeste standard, silkemykt mot huden, nystrøket og dufter av ren komfort. Her får du virkelig sove godt – en luksus som mange større hoteller ikke engang klarer å levere. Frokosten er en opplevelse i seg selv. Familien serverer et variert utvalg av ferske, lokale råvarer – fra tropiske frukter og nystekt brød til perfekt tilberedt omelett og vietnamesisk kaffe som smaker himmelsk. Alt presenteres med kjærlighet og omtanke, og det merkes at de legger hjertet sitt i hver detalj. Utenfor venter et nydelig svømmebasseng omkranset av grønne planter og solstoler som inviterer til avslapning.
