The staff was great. Excellent customer service. Would I stay at the LaQuinta again? NEVER! My Room had roaches, the neighbors had dogs that barked the whole time I was there, the people above me were loud and stomped all night long, MANAGEMENT was never on property and I never received a call back when i complained…. Then when i arrived to my room there was a used roll of toilet paper still in use, nothing new, USED. That is very unsanitary.This property management needs to be changed because it seems the only good employees are the staff… SHAME ON YOU LaQuinta in suites in Lewisville Texas

Breakfast was great, friendly staff, very approachable, ready to assist, check in online was easy, and we were able to just pick-up keys and go straight to room. Room was neat and tidy. All around great experience.
