Our home is beautifully decorated with one King bed in master with a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed. Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a bunk bed in the children’s room with a desk. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 65in smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a short or long stay.

The full-size swimming pool and enormous back yard is a great way to relax and enjoy some special times with your kiddos and family. The patio has stylish furniture and a propane grill to complement the perfect outdoor setting.

You can park your cars inside the 2-car garage, and there is also enough space for another 3 cars behind the garage.
Tons of excellent restaurants nearby.

Houese Rules:
Strictly No house parties, gatherings or events. No smoking, vaping and drugs. Any guests disturbing surrounding neighbors will be asked to leave without a refund. Furniture is not allowed to be moved within the house. Trash days are on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. If trash is not placed out in the ally on the day before those days, you will be charged an additional fee of $150.00 to have a company collect and dispose.

EQUIPMENT FAILURE, HOUSEKEEPING, AND OTHER INCONVENIENCES All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems to me. Every effort will be made to rectify the problem, but WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE.

Please be patient if you encounter any inconveniences. I will be as responsive as possible and will do our best to rectify those things that are within our control. Examples of inconveniences which are not in our control and which do not warrant any refund of rental monies include but are not limited to: breakdown of TV’s, VCR’s, DVD players, satellite systems, stereos, pool, or other appliances; poor cleaning issues; outages of the power, cable, internet, water, or telephone services; construction taking place in the area; flies, ladybugs, stinkbugs, or other insects inside the house; chipmunks, mice, or other rodents inside the house; bad weather including snow, sleet, rain, and fog and hazardous road conditions.

We will do our best to ensure that the property is properly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. If you are not satisfied with the housekeeping upon arrival, please notify me immediately. I will provide my mobile number for easier convenience. We will send a housekeeper as quickly as possible. NO REFUNDS will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.

Extra Charges - Pool Heater:

Swimming Pool can only be heated to a max temperature of 87. Will take a few hours to get to that temperature. If Dallas weather is cooler it can take longer. Sometimes a full day. Preferably the best time for swimming is late afternoons or early evenings. In extremely cold weather, the pool may not be an option to heat.

Extra fee’s:

Start up - $75.00
Daily charge - $50.00

If you don’t wish to use the pool heater, the above fees are not applicable.

Prior arrangements and payment need to be made in advance if you would like to use the pool heater.

Logistically it can be a real challenge so in order to accommodate your needs, this is my request so you avoid disappointment.
