We had issues with the heating system. Staff came out to review and did a diagnostic review and found nothing wrong. That did stop cold air from blowing in the room. We spoke with front desk and felt we should be compensated. Manager was supposed to contact us but they never did.

The room should have been cleaned better. There was a small empty liquor bottle on the floor behind the refrigerator and there was something dried on one of the throw pillows on the bed…it could have been food or snot. Also the room could use updating, the wall paper was separated in several areas and the carpet looked old.

Staff was friendly- the heating system in the room was aweful- it rattled & the heat mode would not turn off when the room reached temp set-so it was either too hot or too cold as we had to turn it off completely to control the temp as much as we could 😩
