The Space:

Tucked away in the sought-after area of Middleton One Row, and just a short drive from historic Yarm, Tree Tops is an ideal accommodation for family trips, getaways with friends, and business stays.



The heart of this charming home is the spacious living room. Featuring plenty of comfortable seating, a television and a stunning fireplace, this room is the perfect place for guests to gather and unwind after spending their day exploring the local area. Carefully designed to evoke a warm, homely atmosphere, the living room is elegantly styled and enhanced by a large window that floods the space with natural light.



The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack before heading out to explore the local area. Thoughtfully designed for convenience and practicality, the kitchen caters perfectly to both short and long stays. Tree Tops also features a dining area that provides guests the chance to enjoy these meals together and create memories of their stay.



All three bedrooms are beautifully presented, each offering storage space, soft bedding and a tranquil setting to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room is tastefully presented and benefits from natural light, creating bright and welcoming spaces throughout.



There is also a brightly designed bathroom that is the perfect space for guests to refresh themselves throughout their stay.



Tree Tops has a charming outdoor space that features a seating area for guests. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting—ideal for enjoying a drink, sharing a meal, or simply enjoying a moment outdoors.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There is no parking directly outside the house, however there are free parking spaces on the public road opposite the property, plus two private spaces to the rear of the property.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Tree Tops.



The property is located within a residential area and as such, this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

Set near the picturesque market town of Yarm, Tree Tops offer a stylish and convenient base to experience one of North Yorkshire’s most desirable locations. Yarm’s charming High Street isn't far, renowned for its elegant Georgian architecture, boutique shops, and an excellent selection of restaurants, wine bars, and traditional pubs.

The scenic countryside around Middleton One Row is ideal for cycling, with numerous local routes connecting the village to neighbouring areas. Dinsdale Railway Station is the closest railway station to Middleton One Row, located in the nearby village of Middleton St George.
