Cute Cottage, Pet Friendly- near public beach

Near the beach. In a quite wooded area. This cottage is located behind a bigger home at same address. It is centrally located on the island. Not on stilts, so only a few steps. You can walk to the beach, or drive to a public beach. See pics.
It has a king size bed, one bath w/ standing shower, kitchen, dining area open to living area. Living area has couch and loveseat.
Dining table w/4 chairs. Dishes, pots and pans, linens, towels all furnished. Central heat/air. WIFI, 2-TVs(living room tv is a Roku), DVD, 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator all furnished. 2 ceiling fans and a small fan is also provided.
smoke and CO2 detectors. There are several DVDs, books, puzzles, and board games available. Sand chairs, umbrellas and 2 beach towels are furnished.
Pet friendly, dog towels and blankets furnished. A dog bed is available. There is a outside charcoal grill. There is a shared yard(no secured fence). Use like a private dog park, no leash required, clean up after pets.
No smoking inside, you may smoke on deck outside.
