The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. The home's pool area was nice and the community pool was just a block away and heated. The only downside was a few communication issues with United Vacation Homes and the owner.

Nice house, process was not great.

Inconsistent communication with property management leading up to stay... Some requests for info came via email, some came via text, multiple spam marketing emails from the management group with "special ticket prices" links (that didn't work) and others made it hard to know that additional info was needed. Much of the additional info needed could have easily been included in the rental agreement. List of "chores" (checkout instructions) was not communicated beforehand and was sent via email during our stay, which I do not check while on vacation. Only complaint about the house was the outdated electronics. Very old TVs (4 different remotes and no instructions). Alarm clock still has an Original Apple dock.

This is a beautiful place in a nice gated community. Home is exactly as described and very clean big home ! Pool and hot tub was very nice and heated appropriately. Can sleep a large group. We will be back!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very well appointed and comfortable. The house was very clean and as pictured. We very much enjoyed our stay and will visit again. We chose not to have the pool heated due to the Florida heat and it was still amazing. The traffic was the worst part it takes 30 mins to go anywhere, but that is to be expected.

The house was exactly as pictured and described. Property manager was extremely responsive. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. Property manager responded to my messages almost immediately and had the "pool guy" out to fix the problem within 2 days. Very happy with my stay!

great house, a bit far from attractions

Stay in the house was great. Exactly as per pictures and description, a bit far away from attraction points... with traffic, it took us at least 45 minutes to get to Disney parks or Universal and same thing in the evening when we were driving back... spending a week vacation with 1,5 hours a day in traffic was the only downside to the house, everything else was absolutely perfect

Nice quiet getaway

It’s a perfect, quiet place
lots of space. Amenities close by. Great pool it was a nice relaxing place..it was our girls annual trip and by far the best one. This is my second time at this place, I will return again hopefully soon .

Pool was broken our entire stay

We arrived on a Friday & immediately mentioned to the rental company that the pool heat was not working & we paid for the pool heat for our entire stay , nobody was sent to fix it that night & the next two days was Christmas eve & Christmas day so i understood that no one was available to fix it, monday came, then tues, then Wednesday
 we tried contacting them every day & they kept saying they were waiting on a response from the pool company. It wasnt until Thursday after bugging them all week that yhey finally sent someone to come fix it that afternoon, a day before our last night there.. they gave us a full refund but coming from a state that was freezing, that was the only thing we rented the house for & couldnt even enjoy it.
