Stayed overnight new years. Music in the lobby was excessive for hours which could clearly be heard from our rooms on the 2nd floor. Hot tub wasn't working. And the fire alarm was on for 20 minutes after midnight. Probably my family's worst hotel stay to date.

The staff was awesome but when you go to book and you select a room it's nothing what the pictures says it is we had to ask for a rolling cot the hot tub was down which nobody said anything about it online before you book The room

I didn't have breakfast. The hot tub jets weren't working. I had to switch rooms because my heat wasn't working. The staff was friendly until the smoke alarm went off and we had to evacuate just for the fire department to tell us the smoke from music set it off...

Breakfast was fine. We chose this hotel for their pool option as we have a toddler. When arriving we were not informed about the pool and hot tub not working. Pool was far too cold for our toddler to get in and enjoy. If we were informed of this we would have stayed elsewhere. Our floor smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Not a very pleasant stay for New Year

The staff were very nice and helpful!! The room was very clean and smelled good 😊, what really stood out was the 24hr coffee station, that was very nice, the coffee was delicious Also the breakfast was amazing very nice variety .. 😄 very nicely done Holiday Inn....

Staff were great. But motel is run down, falling apart. It is more of a permanent home for day workers. Pool was not open and from the looks of it, had not been open for sometime. Other than the staff being great, there is nothing good to say about this place.
