Welcome to our cozy private master suite with a dedicated AC, that is attached to the house with a private entrance and a dedicated sidewalk. Sleep well on a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, choosing between soft or hard pillows. It features a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, essentials, and a mini-fridge. Enjoy Netflix on the 55" smart TV, work comfortably at the desk, and utilize ample storage in the walk-in closet. The full bath includes towels and essentials. Complimentary snacks and water are provided, ensuring a homely and delightful stay.

Welcome to your private retreat! Our master bedroom, boasting its own separate entrance through a well-lit sidewalk, offers unmatched privacy and comfort. With a dedicated keypad for self-check-in, you'll enjoy effortless access to your space without any interaction, ensuring a private and secluded stay. Though attached to our home, the room is securely separated by a locked door, guaranteeing that your living space is entirely your own.

For your safety, the room is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, making it a smoke-free environment. Nestled in one of the city's most developed and friendly neighborhoods, the rest of our home is shared with a family of three and a friendly miniature poodle. Cozy and Convenient Location

The rental was very clean and the location was in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. We were in town visiting family in the area, and the rental had very convenient access to major interstates. The host was very friendly and prompt in communicating with us.
