Lazy staff. Limited parking for the number of rooms. Only 2 ADA rooms so only 2 ADA parking spaces and I needed an ADA space. Room was nasty. Nothing had been wiped down, probably months since. Paint chipping on window sills. Dirt and dried spilled liquid behind nightstand and behind detached headboards. Bathroom was even worse. Again, looked like months since wipe down. Hair in sink drain which had no stopper. Thick layer of dust behind toilet. The provided body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser was almost empty. Bath towels not much bigger than hand ones. $1260 for 5 nights for one room, 2 Queen size beds, and one extremely slow elevator. No maid/towel service without call to front desk even though they provide a door placard for “Maid Service Please”. No real cleaning crew. Definitely not worth the money! I should have done more research as I found two other hotels, ON the beach, with comparable rooms for almost $400 less.

They neglect to tell you there is a night club on top floor so we listened to thumping music and DJ screaming till 2am. Called front desk to complain and was told “ good thing it only till 2am”. We checked out next day and they did refund the night we didn’t stay for.
