Here’s your self insolation destination you’ve been looking for. You will have a completely clean house right on the lake all to yourself. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and watch the eagles soar. All of your stress will be a distant memory. You can go for walks in the nearby woods and reconnect with your self and family. You won’t be disappointed!



***NEW FOR 2020*** 22 ft Tritoon. 200 Hp. Separate rental from property. Must have Ohio Boaters Safety course completed. Can be found by searching Ohio Boater Safety Course online. Or a Safety Course from another State that meets NASBLA requirements.

Want to get away? Come enjoy paradise for a night, a week, or a month! Bring your boat or just bring your swimsuit. You can arrive by Land or Sea! There is a large dock for your convenience. We are located in a wake zone, so you can enjoy the action from your perch over the lake.

Rise early to view the amazing sunrises, and during the day, keep on the lookout for Bald Eagles flying overhead. Finish your day by the camp fire and your troubles will be light years away.

Life jackets are a must for the kids. Some can be provided but no guarantee of correct size for all. Best to bring your own.

Located on a private dead-end road. Please drive slow. 10 MPH MAX. Parking is limited to 3-4 vehicles. Depending on size. No large parties please.

Also there are two kayaks included with the home rental. Life jackets provided.

Local shopping is a mile away. Restaurants and a bar are very close. Several public boat ramps are available along with pay to use ramps. There is also an ice cream stand a very short distance away. Soft serve, yum.

Owners are property next door.

This place is wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable with a lot of great outdoor activities close by including boating and hiking. Comfortable beds & family friendly eating areas are important to us when we are spending the days busy outside. If you stay here over the weekend don’t forget to bring your binoculars to check out all the cool boats!

My friend and I take an annual mini vacation. This was the perfect spot. House was clean and had everything we needed. Host was friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful spot even though the weather wasnt the best, we still had a great time.

It was a great location, incredible view right on the water, and many positive things to say, however if the owner invested a little money into the curb appeal and dock upkeep, this could be a 10/10 VRBO. Thanks to the property manager for good check in and communication.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It's even prettier inside than what the pictures show and the view of the lake is amazing. The weather was not what we hoped for but we loved sitting on the porch and watching the eagles catch fish from the lake!

Little get away

Our family absolutely LOVED this cottage on Berlin lake. We brought up our own pontoon and docked it. We didn’t even have to leave the dock to catch so many fish which was great for our little kids. The owners are right next door and super nice. Our family is looking forward to coming back again!!
