The house needs renovations which the owners are going to do. We could not use the fireplace or the downstairs wood burning stove. Which made the basement unusable as it was so cold. The sliding doors are very drafty and there are no curtains so the dining table which is in front of the door is cold. The thermostat kept dropping to 62 and we had to go change it when we started feeling cold. I would suggest the house not be rented until renovations are done. The master bedroom does not have a bathroom which was very disapointing. It has a sink and mirror and an open walkin closet. No toilet or shower. The house served our purpose. But that is where it ends.
