This hotel doesn’t understand what booking means. I was called by OYO three times to confirm our arrival. When we got there after a long journey the hotel manager told us, with no apology, that they were full but he would take us to a different hotel! I have a suspicion that this a regular occurrence as the hotel we were sent to was not at all surprised to see us.
Worst service I’ve ever received.
