Everything is just as it looks online! It’s so nice to be able to step out the door and have tables with umbrellas if you want to have your coffee and eat lunch or dinner.It’s very quiet at night, which is so hard to find when on vacation. It was so nice to not have sleep disturbed by other people.There’s no need to rent a car as everything is in walking distance. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. However, there is also a free electric transportation that you can use, which is great!It’s so close to everything, yet tucked away, just far enough to enjoy the quiet.

Perfect location

The condo is 1 block from the beach and 1 block from Atlantic Ave. A very short walk to both. Very clean and nicely appointed. I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return! Thanks for another perfect week April!

I am so happy I came across April’s place! She accommodated an earlier check in. Her place had everything we needed for the beach and the beach was walking distance from the property. We were able to walk to almost anything we needed. I highly suggest her place and hope to come back in the future.

We love this hidden gem and have stayed multiple times! Everything about the place is just perfect! It is decorated so cute and always immaculate when we arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to do any cooking. Great location! So close to the beach, coffee, shops, restaurants and bars! We walk everywhere! April is a wonderful host! Del Ray is the best!!

Trying to get a feel for Delray and this location was perfect!! Unit was as described and perfect for two people who just need a place to sleep after spending the day exploring Delray. You can walk to everything and complex is very quiet. Host is responsive and has all the amenities there to make you feel welcome. Will be back to the area.

April offers a lovely condo in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Delray, but come home to a peaceful neighborhood. It’s the ideal combination for a great beach getaway! We hope to come back soon.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus. Steps to beach and Atlantic Avenue nightlife. No car needed as we walked 42 total miles during the week and saw a lot of Delray on foot. Thanks April!!

Cutest little bungalow

Absolutely perfect! We have fallen in love with this place. Beach is a quick walk down a cemented path & A1A. If you love being close to the beach & all that downtown Delray has to offer this place is perfect. We didn’t use the pool at all- it’s nothing fancy & behind building but we didn’t book the place for the pool - we booked it for the beach & location. As other reviews have said: the place is clean, easy access, and April is an amazing host. We will book this place again.
