As you step into our space you will be greeted by the best air quality in Denver thanks to our newly installed HALO-LED Whole Home Air Purification System. Perfect for anyone with allergies or sensitives!

Enjoy our luxury kitchen equipped with white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances to suit all your cooking needs.

The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king size purple hybrid mattress and smart television. Enjoy the oversized walk-in shower and double sinks of the master bathroom.

The second bedroom is across the landing from the master, and features a memory foam queen size bed and large smart television. Our third bedroom/ office is on the first floor featuring a full-sized murphy, allowing you to rest and work away from any distractions.

Lounge among various beautiful live plants in our living room areas, one of which flows out to our patio. Our Joybird green velvet sleeper sofa pulls out to provide a fourth bed for additional guests.

Gabriel, the host, was fantastic. When we arrived, the hot tub needed a new filter. He came over the next day and fixed it. It was still a bit cool for our liking, but it was clean and ready to go. The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lots of hot water for our family of 4 with soft bedding and a pull-out sofa couch. The location is also great. We rode the Perry St light rail into downtown almost every day. The light rail station was only a 2min walk from the unit, and a 15 min train ride to Union Station put us at the start of 16th Street Mall. Lots of street parking available, quiet neighbors, and great food options all around. As a Denver native, I'll surely stay again whenever I'm home, and if you're comfortable taking public transportation or Ubering while in the city, you can lighrail easily here from the airport!

Rented this unit for the hot tub. The jets weren't working. The owner said to close some of the jets but they all had solid metal rings around them that don't adjust and owner said the motor could be taxed using both jets and heater at same time but that didn't work. Asked for a partial refund didn't mention an amount but got no reply from owner. He did answer all other questions. Hall bathtub was clogged I pulled the hair from previous occupants out by hand. Master bath shower was clogged I didn't have tools to fish the clog out so that welled up at your feet while taking shower. Ground level bath smelled like sewer gas for a day so I ran water down sink and flushed toilet but it was still there. If you plan on staying in ground level bedroom bring an air mattress the futon was falling apart and old. You can't get into garage I tried to use code to park in there because the street is full in the evening. Lock on family room slider door needs adjustment I tried to do it but didn't have a screwdriver. There's a small adjustable bar like a shower curtain hanger to keep people out. If you don't mind that stuff the owner seems friendly. Rest of place was fine.

Property was very clean, comfortable and cute!! Loved the decoration and amenities. Perfect for our 4 night stay! Location was close to so many excursions. We were 20-40 minutes away from everything we wanted to see. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Asked for an early check-in was a requirement for me to stay here. This was agreed upon, 2:00 instead of 4:00. Had to text to get a code, arrived at the townhouse and the maids were there, they told my husband they were not aware of an early check-in. Was told by Gabriel that chemicals, were just put in the hot tub, we needed to wait 2 hours to get in. Looked at the hot tub later that night, it looked like milk, messaged the owner he had to come and drain the hot tub Sunday. There was no parking on the block either day. On Sunday we had to walk pretty far. When you leave at 3:00 a.m. with luggage it's not convenient. If you show a garage in your pics AND there is no message the guest does not have access, its miss leading. Gabriel was ok to communicate but had to ask for the code to the wifi. Had to advise the light's didn't work in the master. Someone had turned the switch off. A book in the unit would have been nice for the "what ifs" Overall, I would give a 3 stars, the unit was very quiet and decorated nicely.

Weekend Getaway

We came for a long weekend without specific plans. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the mountain views off the rooftop are beautiful! We did not go up into the mountains this trip but everything we wanted to do/see was within easy driving distance. The house was comfortable and exactly as described. Gabriel was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple, there was plenty of space. The location was convenient, allowing us to go downtown or over to Red Rocks. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The roof top space is awesome, it rained a bit during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. If we visit Denver again we would definitely consider this property.

Great proximity to catch the Rail that took us to Empower Stadium with ease and in no time, and also took us straight to downtown and union station! One of the cleanest homes we’ve ever stayed in! Awesome rental property

Some friends and I rented this place for a trip to Denver for a concert. The property is amazing and close to a lot of amenities. It was very spacious and had a sweet rooftop patio with a hot tub and a view of the mountains (huge bonus) the only downside I would say is that it advertises for up to 6 people but doesn’t really accommodate for up to 6, there was only 4 coffee mugs, 4 pillows stuff like that. And there are only 2 bedrooms the third “bedroom” is the living room with a pullout couch. Otherwise this is the perfect location for vacation and the hostess was super nice and accommodating. Giving us recommendations of where to go and what to do for fun! Super nice and super nice condo 10/10 I will definitely be staying here again!

Great townhouse so close to everything!

We really enjoyed our time at Gabriel’s. Location was exactly where we needed to be. Light rail stop is a definite plus! Cool interior with a garden -urban vibe. Best spot is up top with the hot tub and mountain and city views!
