2 LEVEL, TOP FLOOR UNIT, Location is prime (PRIVATE BEACH) and 300 ft of beachfront privacy

Very small complex.. Near most restaurants and shopping.

White Stone counters,White cabinets ,fully equipped kitchen. Large dining table with ample seating
Living area boasts two sofas and two large easy chairs.

1ST FLOOR MAIN FLOOR LIVING/DINING AREA (GULFRONT BALCONY OFF LIVING AREA) Bedroom1 is on the 1ST floor and has 1 king bed using the full bath,combo tub shower

2ND FLOOR BEDROOM 2 is the Master Bedroom with private large gulfront balcony. 1 king bed , 2 twins(daybed with trundle) Master bath ,tub,sep shower,double sinks, ensuite(this bath is private off bedroom)

By the sea

The property is not brand new but it is well-kept and functional and that is just fine with me friendly staff friendly Contacts clean very thought out floor plan right bye the ocean on the beach close to the shops dining not fat from fishing, spa , beds were very comfortable, we will be returning.

Perfect family vacation

The floor plan of this unit and the location of the complex made for a perfect family vacation. We spent each day on the beach, then the kids wanted to stop for a little pool time before returning to the room.

Deep cleaning is a must

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

Great location.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with a good sized pool and hot tub to share with other condo guests. Covered parking was nice though a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, average condo.

We greatly enjoyed the location of this property. Great proximity to the beach, pool and back porch restaurant. Our private beach was never crowded and the pool was never too crowded either. The gas grills were great for preparing meals. The view from the deck was great.

The location was excellent. Beach and pool were great. The condo could have been cleaner...especially floors and bathrooms. Decorating is awful. Cluttered dust collecting stuff everywhere, even on closet floor. Clean it out. Then it would be much more appealing.

Awesome beach front view!

The 3 bedroom condo had comfortable king beds, enough seating for all 6 of us and an incredible ocean front view. The only negative for us was the dirty floors.
