Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this beautifully decorated two-story loft condo featuring wood-look tile flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. This completely upgraded condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and a twin sized sofa for 1 individual. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony and has a nice seating area. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Amazing View

Outstanding view made our trip a pleasure even though it was too cold to swim. It was great staying in a smaller property, with no crowded elevators or beach front. A few small improvements would be helpful. Beverage pitcher has hole in bottom. Remote control light/fan switches don’t appear to work. TV has four remote controls with no instructions. A binder with guides for guests would be useful.

Perfect for Family Spring Break

The unit and building are older but we were very happy with all. Things we liked: smaller building (read: less people), two chairs and an umbrella set up for us the use everyday for free, covered decks, two full bathrooms, second floor so we could walk stairs and not have to use the elevator, swimming pool, covered parking, ocean view, quiet private beach. Things that were not preferred but really didn’t stray us away from calling this 5-star condo: not enough tall chairs for us 4 to sit together on deck at the table, only a couple restaurants really within easy walking distance, only 1 light blanket on beds (but another reviewer noted this so we brought our own extra blankets), no beach toys or extra beach chairs, or beach towels for use in condo (not a big deal but others we stayed in had these things in the past). So overall the photos were very accurate and this condo is updated, has cute decor and the view is just fantastic! We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect layout and location!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this beautiful condo for 9 days, it had everything g we needed. The layout was perfect with plenty of space. Location on beach was ideal. While the properties on either side of us were packed in like sardines on the beach, because this property is small, we had space to spread out and not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Make this your "Destin-ation"

Perfect location directly on the Gulf. Tasteful decor and very well stocked with essentials for cooking. Very comfortable furniture and beds and lots of extra towels and blankets. Although the weather was less than cooperative during our stay, we enjoyed walking on the beach, just steps from the condo. More private than the high-rises and very quiet and peaceful. The only downer was the next door neighbor smoking on their balcony (in all non-smoking units no less), but hey, that can happen anywhere! You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The property was fine. One of the kitchen drawers had a pull that would not stay in place. I think it needed a longer screw. The staff were friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. All in all we had a good time and would recommend the property to others.
