Splish Splash is a fabulous 5-bedroom, pool front home in Villages of Crystal Beach, featuring a spacious open floor plan with TWO gorgeous balconies, TWO living rooms, and TWO master suites. Splish Splash is a 3-story, corner home boasting 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doorways and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table plus breakfast bar. There is a queen master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa on the first floor. A queen bedroom and a king master suite with a full-size futon on the second floor, and a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed on the third floor along with a second living space with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, allowing sleep accommodations for up to 16 guests. The 2nd floor master suite also features a private kitchenette/wet bar, a flat screen TV, balcony access, and an ensuite with a corner Jacuzzi tub! Enjoy your refreshments on the two balconies or relax comfortably in one of the two living rooms. This luxurious community is about 900 yds from Crystal Beach and includes a complimentary seasonal trolley service to take you to and from the Gulf!

The location was good and the house was the right size for my large family. However, our sleeping arrangements had to be adjusted because all three of the sofa beds were useless. The mattresses were bad and so were the springs. There were stains on the pillowcases and carpet. Parking was a tad bit ridiculous. The household had a 16 people occupancy but only allows 3 cars per driveway. That information was not communicated nor told prior upon arrival. Information about additional parking was also not communicated as well. The signs that have the information are hard to find or are in places you have to look for. The beach is not a 5 minute walk as advertised. If the additional (overflow) parking was full they expect you to park by olive garden and walk just so they won't tow you.

Could be Cleaner .

Nice pool area. The shower in master bathroom on the second floor doesn’t drain. No shelving or shampoo holders in the shower , so everything sits on the floor or floats in the shower. There was also questionable brown stuff on the walls in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub in the master , when turned on had black mold or black gunk coming out of the jets. If you’re hot natured this isn’t for you. Can’t turn the air below 70 and has a timer you constantly have to watch or it cuts off . So when you leave the house and come back it was 85 most days. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. INTERNET is very spotty. Maintenance came and fixed it and then it went right back out . So the TVs don’t work if you don’t have internet. NEEDS new furniture. Furniture is very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs poking through. Shuttle drivers were very very nice and came right away. Host is very nice.

Great beach get away

We took a list minute trip to Destin. We love going to Destin and this was our first time to the Crystal Beach area. We loved the neighborhood and the swimming pool. The condo was perfect for our family and friends of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was pleasant. Our lab loved it too! Will definitely go back!

Stay was excellent

Spacious 5 bedrooms, with ample living and dining spaces and 5 baths. The facility is only a few minutes to the beach and nice community pool that some of the kids got to use. Enough kitchen utensils and appliances for somebody that wants to cook. High ceilings made the property look even larger. I had a problem with temperatures being slightly hotter. On complaining, there was an immediate timely response and it was corrected for test of the days. Destin as such is our favorite tourist destination during winter as this place is not so cold during the ne of December.
