The Space:

Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, and outdoor hot tubs, splash pad (seasonal), steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1018, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 8 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom or the two twin over double bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.



These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience for years to come, and we look forward to welcoming guests in Summer 2026 to a beautifully refreshed SunDestin Beach Resort—one that reflects the level of care, comfort, and coastal hospitality our owners and guests expect.
