The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My issues are with the front desk. I called to inform them that we were out of toilet paper and needed fresh towels and wash cloths. We waited for 5 hours and never received them. We were forced to use the room kleenex to wipe ourselves. I called back down to request more and never received them. This is unacceptable.

The room was nice. We had very noisy neighbors and security was in the hall banging on their door for over 30 minutes at 4am. No housekeeping service. Had to call 3 times to get towels sent, then they brought us floor mats- we just made it work… casino was nice, valet parking a definite perk. Overall I would stay again!

Room had trash left in bathroom from previous guest. A breakfast comp or coupon would’ve been nice. You can’t check in until 4pm so when you are only there for one night a noon checkout would have been nice. I’m a night owl and gambled until 4am but my wife gambled until 6am. Staff kept asking me if I needed help like I was homeless or something since I wasn’t gambling while I was waiting for my wife to finish enjoying her bday present. The surprise deposit with up to a 3 day hold was a bit of an unexpected inconvenience. I didn’t even get any penn play credits for renting a room there. It was ok but I have been treated better in other cities and casinos.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had complementary shuttle to our event. The casino however wasn’t very clean. Plenty of workers but not very attentive. Machines dirty many had dirty ashtrays and ashes all over them. And the promotions we were given, we weren’t able to use them.

The Social club was a bar we received an invite to attend. It was a nice place to watch the game and have drinks and light snacks. The drink specials were really on point!

We normally love our time here and have never had any issues. This time we arrived early and there were no rooms ready. So we were in the lobby getting our stuff organized so we could give them to the bag check. While we were there the front desk person approached us to say that some rooms were available and if we wanted to pay $40 we could check-in. I asked her to clarify that they wanted us to pay $40 to check-in two hours early. She confirmed that this was their policy. That’s a new one for me at any hotel.
