Customer service was good checking in & out went smooth & quick. Room was clean & comfortable. If I were to nit pick I would say that normally I like when the closet has an extra pillow & small blanket. And the breakfast bar was lacking in selection. But, ultimately we enjoyed our stay & have no real complaints at all.

Dont let the remodeled exterior fool you, its in serious need of an update of the rooms. Can do in a pinch but after a couple separate stays there for 1 or 2 nights for local events I will be staying elsewhere. Convenient to DTW if thats important.

Good location and great, spacious rooms. We booked the studio with 2 queen beds and absolutely LOVED the space, comfort, and the quality of the amenities and toiletries. However, the front desk experience at check-in did not match the quality of the room, and breakfast was a solid 1-star. Huge disappointment at breakfast! I’ve already sent a message to the manager about it.

The first room we checked into had a disgusting stain on the sheets probably from you know what! They moved us to another room... This room didn't have a garbage can in the bathroom. To top it off in the morning I m taking a shower and the shower body wash was bone dry so no soap!

The front desk lady that helped us check in was not very pleasant, in fact find of rude. Our room was not very clean. The seating area had several stains on them, the white bedding has some black speckles on it, the bathroom shower was a bit rough looking and not the cleanest either. You could hear a lot of the noise from other rooms which was not pleasant. It wasn't a bad stay and was convenient to where we needed to go.

It was a sub par hotel. Breakfast was horrible and very limited. Hotel was not the cleanest. Had a suite and still had very little seating in the room. Fire pit outside was broken. Hot tub was broken. Not worth what I paid at all. Extremely over priced. Staff was the only pleasant thing about this hotel. Very friendly.
