Property Description
Pet friendly Timberline Condo 35 is a spacious, comfortable, unit on Marina Park. Simply furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. Top floor unit with soaring mountain and summer lake views. Just across the street are paved walking trails that are open year-round and direct lakeshore access. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3, patio table seats 4. Unit has a funky jetted sunken tub in the main bath as well as a shower. Large private covered deck can be used year-round. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken upon Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Dillon's paved rec path is plowed in the winter for year-round use. Great for walking the dog. Walk the entire lakefront and visit Dillon's sculptures. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Walk to restaurants, brewpub, nightlife, bowling, music/vinyl store. In the summer walk to Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak, SUP rentals and lakeside Tiki Bar. Listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from the deck or walk across the street to join the party.

Less than a 5 minute drive to all services: City Market, REI, coffee, snowsport rentals, shops. On the Summit County Recreation Path that stretches from Keystone to Copper Mountain offering over 55 miles of paved biking and walking paths. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Great location

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck. It was easy check in process and check out.

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

Don't stay more than a night or two at most!

I gave a 2-star review because the view of Lake Dillon is great. But that is about all that is great about this condo. We were here for a month. This unit is in need of being gutted and updated. Everything is old. Recliners are broken. Couch is uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very odd and the one shower was too short for our 6'4'' son-in-law. Kitchen items (tools, pans, etc) need to be gone through and cleaned or replaced. Too much left over food in cabinets, no room for anything we brought. Layout of condo is strange in that you enter through the bedrooms, no privacy and you traipse snow and everything else into the unit. Pictures look nicer than reality.

Dillon lake-view

The property was spacious and comfortable, and the location and view were spectacular. It is a very ‘homey’ apartment, and it is right next to the lake and amphitheater and only a short walk from the marina.

Needs some TLC

Beautiful view and very clean. However, furnishings are beyond outdated. Recliner doesn’t recline, throw pillows stained, furnishings are very worn, shower heads are mounted less than 5 ft above floor. This could have been an excellent stay if a little improvement on furnishings and carpeting etc. in addition, the first morning we woke up to a huge amount of water on the kitchen floor. There was a leak in the piping which had obviously been previously discovered based on the large glass jar collecting water under the sink. Again, shoddy upkeep
