You will be so comfortable in our brand new recently finished studio/ loft with all new furniture, mattresses and more! This fresh new loft style apartment is perfect for the weekend getaway or if you're just traveling through! You're sure to be impressed with how clean and spacious it is with a great work area, fast Wi-Fi, work space, smart TV's and more! The Loft sleeps 7 people plus the sectional and a queen air mattress in the dresser! The kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked with everything you should need for your stay!

The Loft is conveniently located in Doniphan only 2 miles from Current River! It is located in the business district above our real estate office and coffee shop. You have separate off street parking and private/ separate access via smart lock. Although we sound proofed The Loft you may occasionally hear people below during business hours or our door dinger. The coffee shop below is perfect for your early morning quite time!!

It’s Called The Loft
I enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen except no cutting board which made meal prep a challenge. Hard to judge value since I stayed during the 2024 spring eclipse, so room rates in Doniphan were 5-10 times higher than usual. Would recommend for our of town guests

Exactly as listed
Everything is as listed. It was clean. Super spacious and would be comfortable for multiple people. One of the beds is in the main living area. Everything is furnished nicely. Great parking. We didn't cook so I can't review the supplies. We did hear some noise from downstairs for just a little bit in the morning and at night we heard minor street noise, but it didn't bother us at all. The coffee shop downstairs isn't open on the weekends. I can not imagine that there is a nicer place to stay in Doniphan, none of the motels look as nice as The Loft. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Great Loft for family
Ben Craig our hist was a huge help. We had special needs for our mother and he was a huge help during our stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and the layout is well planned. Weoved the Loft.

Perfect property and outstanding property contact
We had the opportunity to stay at The Loft recently while visiting Doniphan for a family reunion. It is even nicer than the online photos. It is without a doubt, one of the (if not the) cleanest STR in which I have ever stayed. It is spacious and well furnished; with everything you need. The location is centrally located to everything in Doniphan and easily accessible. We were a party of three and had more than enough room and could have easily had more without feeling crowded. In addition to the property being top-notch, Ben, the property contact was amazing. I messaged him twice during out short stay and he responded immediately and was extremely helpful. Thank you, Ben! I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Doniphan. (I won't go into the details of the property because the online description is exactly what you will get)

Great property
This Loft was great, very spacious and comfortable. My family had lots of room to hang out and cook. The only thing is one of the beds is in the common room so it got tricky moving around in the morning while trying not to wake up people still sleeping. Overall great stay though!

What a gem! I’m so thankful for this little property! Very conveniently located in town next to everything! Cute deco with plenty of sleeping space for my family of four. Surprised to find it directly across from my grandparents old home. We had spent every thanksgiving there as children so it hold sentimental value for me. We came for Thanksgiving and my dads birthday and were able to pull off a perfect Thanksgiving dinner in the cute kitchen! It needed pot holders, lol, but other than that had pretty much everything we needed. New construction located above a real estate office and coffee shop. You cannot hear the businesses below. The blackout curtains were amazing! Thanks guys, we will be back !

The place was as beautiful as it looked in pictures. The location was perfect. The openness and layout were perfect. The beds were so comfy. The towels were plush. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I would recommend this place for anyone! We will definitely stay again!
