Tucked into the rolling hills of Amish country, the newly-constructed Middlehaven offers an escape from the city and a chance to connect with the folks who matter most.

YOUR LARGE GROUP (& FIDO) ARE WELCOMED HERE
Middlehaven has room for everyone including:
✔The Main House 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15)
✔The Loft Apartment 1 bedroom (sleeps 6- addition cost $200/night)
✔The Conservatory 1 bedroom (sleeps 2- additional cost $150/night)

For groups of 15 or less, The Main House offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving you ample space to spread out comfortably in English Cottage-style accommodations.

For groups of 16+, The Loft Apartment offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 other people.

Want more privacy and romance? Add The Conservatory to your stay and get a private space with a king bed, double shower, and a soaking clawfoot tub for two. A stocked kitchenette and private deck easily make for slow mornings with coffee in hand.

This is the most impressive stay so far. You will need or want for nothing. The home is beautiful emwith a fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for a large group. There are tables and chairs that can sest everyone in the game room to host a large game tournament.

Everything about Middlehaven and our host rose was 5 stars. I can’t say enough about this property. Rose knows how to make her guests feel welcome- from the chocolate chip cookies and smores to the dog supplies - everything was above and beyond. I’ve never stayed at a property that was so accommodating and stocked. She doesn’t just allow you to stay at her properties she tries to make sure you have everything you need and more. I would come to Dover just to stay at one of her properties. The house and grounds were exceptional!

What a wonderful weekend we had! Middlehaven is a beautiful home and the property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The beds were very comfortable, every guest slept so peacefully. Wonderful weekend!

Rose was lovely to work with. Believe her when she posts that she provides coffee,tea, sugar,etc. - Middlehaven has a "Coffee Bar" fit for a five star hotel! Several 12oz bags of high-end coffees pods in several flavors. The appliances are all top-notch and there are plentiful cups, glasses and dinnerware for a crowd. The towels are thick and our sheets were silky. There were actual bath mats, not just towel-material squares. Rose provides a small basket of toiletries in each bathroom, should you forget one of yours. The kitchen pantry has many "basics" like cooking spray and a shelf full of spices. All ten of us could dine at the large table and it enabled several fun-filled rounds of "Telestrations". There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own "space" if desired. Downtown Dover is only 7 miles away - grocery stores, churches, eateries. Almost forgot - there were yummy chocolate chip cookies from a local bakery waiting for us on arrival! Enjoy!

WOW! Beautiful and homey. This home had everything. Fully stocked kitchen, inviting living room and plenty of entertaining areas inside and outside. The lower level was just as homey has the main living floor. From bedrooms/bathrooms, living areas, games and the hot tub. Rose thought of everything, no matter what your age is, it is there. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the property is breathtaking. Quiet and entertaining watching the deer move between the wooded lot. Our party of ten, 100% of us were in awe over this home. A cozy location for an extended family Christmas!

Middlehaven exceeded our expectations for the space and amenities we needed for our large family Christmas celebration! We ranged from Grandparents to infant and every need we encountered was thought of in this space! Rose put little touches of Christmas decor in each room and a large beautiful tree in the living room that created such a cozy environment for our stay! The coffee bar was a popular hub for adults and teens as we enjoyed warm beverages all day! We played games, read books, lounged in the comfortable seating, soaked in the hot tub and the kids were entertained for hours in the basement when the sun would set early and it was too cold to be outside! That’s just the highlights of our stay, but much more could be said in detail!

Boys Birthday Weekend

Our family hosted a 13th birthday party for our son. He and his friends were entertained all weekend. The property was stunning, the area is remote and private. The basketball court, game room and jacuzzi were a big hit. The house was decorated for the holidays, which made it feel like a home away from home. A True Gem

We found Middlehaven almost in happenstance but was fate! We have a large group, and we have a tradition of getting together for Thanksgiving because we live so far apart. Middlehaven was halfway between our houses. This home was cozy and welcoming from when we pulled up. The home is gorgeous inside and out, one of the most beautifully appointed properties we have been to. It had plenty of room and a large table- since that was important for us to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal together. It had ample space to spread out, hang out in the game room, play our holiday family games, hang out in the hot tub, and also watch a movie together at the end of the night. Since we game here in the winter, we want to come back to enjoy all of the outdoor activities! Thank you for a lovely stay to enjoy some family time!

Great Classmates Friendsgiving Getaway

Great location and place for our 6 adult couples to stay for a long weekend and celebrate 35yrs of friendship with a big Friendsgiving meal. The fully stocked kitchen, large table, 5 bedrooms, pullout couch and 4 bathrooms provided all the space we needed to not only enjoy time together but also allowed us space to spread out as well. We also took advantage of the firepit, hot tub, BB court and gaming systems

Wedding Weekend

Middlehaven is immaculate and taken care of by excellent hosts in Brian & Rose. There were no problems throughout our wedding weekend and it was a huge relief to know we were in good hands. I’d list the amenities but I can just say there is everything you could need for a stay at Middlehaven and they have very thoughtfully put everything together.

Team Building event

This property was amazing. The staff was great and very easy to work with. They made our 3 day team building event a great one. If I had to find a complaint it would be the WIFI but everything else exceeded expectations!
