This charming holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional townhouse in the heart of the historic old town of Dubrovnik. While two other apartments are also rented out in the same building, this offer refers exclusively to the accommodation unit described here - ideal for couples, families or small groups of up to five people.



The accommodation offers a spacious bedroom on 55 m² of living space with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The living and sleeping area is air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and equipped with a digital television and a wardrobe. Thanks to the well-thought-out room layout and high-quality furnishings, you can enjoy both comfort and sufficient space here.



The separate kitchen has a small kitchenette with a 2-plate electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. A dining table for up to four people invites you to enjoy breakfast or dinner together.



The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a small bathtub, mirror and hairdryer - perfect for refreshment after a day in the city. A private washing machine in the apartment also enables longer stays without effort.
