Quelques désagréments

La personne m' ayant accueilli a tenter de me donner sans me le préciser un appartement différent de celui choisi et beaucoup plus loin du centre de Dubrovnik. Le lui ayant fait remarquer il s'est justifié en me disant que l'appartement était plus grand. J'ai pu, après discussion, récupérer l'appartement demandé. Il m'a été fait obligation de payer cash., ce que j'ai refusé, cela n'étant pas mentionné sur votre site. Le lendemain de mon installation, je me suis rendu compte des anomalies suivantes: Les plaques chauffantes ne fonctionnaient pas. Sur le Lave-linges et lave-vaisselles était mentionné hors d'usage. Sur la porte de la salle de bain, une note: ne pas fermer, les stores droits de l'entrée fermant la porte d'entrée hors d'usage. La terrasse privative ne l'était qu'«à moitié»: Sur la photo mise sur votre site, à droite de l'entrée de la cuisine, on voit une porte-persienne: Il s'agit de l'entrée d'une autre location. Si vous souhaitez un peu d'intimité... vous êtes nez à nez avec votre voisin quand vous prenez votre petit déjeuner ou que vous vous reposez. Ce n'est sur le site nullement signalé. Je ne l'ai vu qu'une fois sur les lieux. Le paiement s'est effectué cash, la carte bancaire m'ayant été refusée.

Definately not what appears in the photos

The room was an absolute joke - grungy and not anything like the photos. Please note that this listing is run by someone who organizes the rental of properties in Dubrovnik - you honestly will never know where you are staying. The first place I was brought to was not a private accommodation, but a shared accommodations in a large house, with a access to a private room. The room was large and family was nice, however they were heavy smokers and the accommodations had a very unpleasant smoke smell. Next I was trekked around the city to another location this one was literally a hole in the wall. Not wanting to walk anymore with my 70litre backpack my travel companion and I stayed there. It was only until we got settle that we noticed how bad the place was. No need to get into further details - just note that you will get what is available and its fairly slim pickings in this city.

최악의 아파트. 여름 성수기에 방문한 탓에 일박에 180유로 지불했지만 가격대비 너무 불쾌했다. 곰팡이핀 욕실과 지저분한 주방때문에 조리를 전혀 할 수 없었고 침대매트리스는 노란 스펀지를 올려놔서 어이가 없었다. 우리가 예약한 아파트가 아닌것 같다고 말하자 자기네들은 아파트를 여러개 가지고 있고 오는 순서대로 배정한다고 하여 어이가 없었다. 환불 받고 싶었지만 극성수기에 아이들 데리고 숙소를 잡는것이 힘들다고 판단하여 불쾌한 기분을 안고 4박을 하였다. 크로아티아 여행은 너무 좋았지만 지금도 숙소에 대한 불쾌한 기분은 잊을 수 없다. 사진과 달라도 너무 다르다.

It was not the apartment advertised!

Good location near old town but not very clean and a bit noisy due to the owners upstairs and early morning deliveries - around 4.30am. Only 1 proper bed. The other was a sofa bed that was noisy and uncomfortable. We arrived at the address given only to be shunted through three different people before being walked to another - without proper explanation. Expedia should quality check this before accepting as customer.

Not what I expected it to be

It was not what I expected it to be. I reserved a room with 4 single beds and got 2 queen sized beds. The check out time listed in the confirmation email was 11am and the cleaning person showed up at 9.30am and said that the check out time was 10 am. Lastly, the parking spot was about 10-15 min away which included at least 50 steps - should be no problem for the average adult but it was a significant inconvenience for me since I had two children and a stroller. So personally, I would not recommend this to anyone with preschool children. On the positive side, location is excellent and close to the old town. I don't know, I've traveled through Asia, North America, and Europe and was just not impressed...

very diappointed

After moving to different location and spending wonderful 4 days in Dubrovnik, the host called us on the phone and accused us with very arrogant and offensive language of stealing an antique pillow and owning him 1500 euro. He will try to claim that from our credit cards. He also said that he will find us whenever we are HIDING. This is ridiculous and ruined all my vacation memory. Be aware!

On the doorstep of the Old Town

Perfect location if you are visiting for the first time - on the door step of the old town. Facilities were good with adequate space AND air conditioning! Only negatives were the pillows were very thin and needed folding over and the washing machine didn't work (which was a key factor in choosing this apartment after 3 weeks of travelling).

Svårt att hitta personalen när vi väl kom till adressen som står i bokningen. Lägenheten som vi skulle bo i var på ett helt annat ställe. Bra rum: rent och fräscht med aircondition och nära old town.

Huoneistohotelli lähellä Pile-porttia

Olimme viikon matkalla heinäkuussa 2015. Huoneistohotellimme oli siisti, melko äskettäin remontoitu, perusasiat sisältävä majapaikka (makuuhuone, keittiö, kylpyhuone sekä suljettu terassi pikku pöytäryhmineen). Terassin kautta oli kulku myös toiseen huoneistoon, johon myös tuli asukkaat. Myynti-ilmoituksessa olisi mielestäni pitänyt olla maininta yhteisestä terassista. Lämpötila lähenteli 40, joten huoneiston ilmastoinnin toimivuudesta iso plussa. Huoneistossa oli pyykkikone, joka oli "out of order". Hikisen viikon aikana sille olisi kyllä ollut käyttöä. Keittiössä oli perusastiasto ja myös tiskikone. Hiustenkuivaajaa ei huoneistossa ollut. Huoneston sijainti lähellä vanhan kaupungin muurin Pile-porttia oli erinomainen. Tungos Pile-portilla oli ympäri vuorokauden hillitön, siitä pieni poikkeama hotellikujallemme ja tungoksesta ei ollut tietoakaan. Bussit lähtivät Pile-aukiolta. Liikenneyhteydet oli hyvät. Mielestäni huoneisto soveltuu parhaiten sellaisille henkilöille, jotka viettävät enimmän osan lomastaan hotellin ulkopuolella eivätkä tarvitse auringonottopaikkaa hotellilla, luksus sisätiloja tai kauniita ikkunanäkymiä.

Centralt med hyfsad standard

Lägenheten vi fick hade ett perfekt läge, några minuter bort från busstationen och muren. Vi hade en stor terrass och gott om plats i lägenheten för fyra personer. Det fanns ett sovrum med riktig säng, som var väldigt bekväm. En stor gata går precis utanför huset vilket gjorde att det var viss störande trafik. I vardagsrummet fanns en bäddsoffa som absolut borde bytas ut. Köket var fräscht och även badrummet. Dock var duschkabinen väldigt liten och dörrarna satt inte ordentligt. Mycket bra med aircondition i lägenheten. Vi såg några kackerlackor i lägenheten vilket försämrar helhetsintrycket. Inredningen i lägenheten är överlag omodern och av bilderna här var det bara några som stämde med vår lägenhet. Helhetsbetyget är positivt mest på grund av läget, trevligt bemötande och okej standard.

위치는 좋으나 서비스 및 관리가 좋지않습니다. 체크인 후 주인을 볼 수 없으며, 필요하면 떨어져있는 주인집으로 방문하여 요구사항을 말해야합니다. 하물며 요구 사항도 지켜지지 않습니다. 4박있는동안 메트리는 너무 꺼져서 불편했으며, 타월등도 교체해주지 않아 불편했습니다.

올드타운과 가까운 곳에 위치

이번 여행의 첫 숙소. 올드타운과 가까워 위치는 최고입니다. 3명이라 방 2개를 써서 공간은 넓고 현관 밖 탁자에서 아침식사도 할 수있고 주인 아저씨가 친절하게 과자, 직접 담근 술도 주셔서 감사했어요. 헤어드라이기 요청하니 주셨고 다림판 있어 이용했구요 주방에 여러가지 조미료 등 있었으나 깨끗하지 않아 전혀 손 안댔습니다. 주차가 안되구요 길가에서 짐 끌고 50M 정도 들어가셔야 하고 욕실문 소리가 너무 끽끽대서 많이 불편했습니다. 3일 묵었는데 가격대비로는 만족할 수는 없는 조건이었네요.

Al llegar nos llevaron a otro apartamento distinto al contratado, porque no tenían disponibilidad, aunque nos ofrecieron cambiarnos al día siguiente, pero nos quedamos, ya que tenia una terraza muy agradable y estaba bien situado. La habitación era pequeña, sobre todo la ducha. En los tres días no limpiaron ni uno solo.

Location and great bathroom

After first getting an apartment that looked nothing like the photos advertised, I requested one that did, which I have to say was a quick response by Dario. He is humble and friendly and very patient. We did get one which matched the photos, but the bedrooms looked less fancy than the photos. The bathroom was super large, very clean and beautiful. The rest needs an update, badly. Good air con and sufficient kitchen. Location is five minutes from old town. The biggest problem is the stairs getting to it. About 50 or 60 and they are short and steep. This needs to be put in the details, especially for those who have trouble with either climbing or heart issues. I had trouble climbing due to a medical issue so this was quite a challenge each of the ten or so times I had to climb them. Watch out for the black cat. If you leave a window open it will get in, and it did.

Disappointed in room but location good

They look after many apartments. The one I got was not like photos with outdated furniture, so it's good to check the apartment you receive. I was disappointed but I just didn't want to spend my short time chasing this up etc. Having said that, the owner was helpful and unobstrusive. This one had a lovely terrace that I had breakfast and location was great just outside old city walls. Very quiet which was great. Bed and pillows were not up to scratch and I would definitely suggest to owners to replace.
