Rooms should be vacuumed more often - for our last two weeks the carpet was not vacuumed at all and the bathroom floor was not washed. There were flakes of red paint? on the carpet when we arrived and were still there when we left a month later. Towels were not changed everyday and toiletries, including toilet paper were not always replaced straight away. As for the kitchette a pair or scissors to open the coffee satchets etc. would be helpful, also a choppingboard, and 4 sets of cutlery and china rather than the bare minimum of two

Very friendly staff. Nice size room and overall very clean, however there was some staining to the sofa seating, some mould on the bottom of the net curtains, a cracked tile in the shower floor and some hairline cracks in the bathroom basin where things had obviously been dropped into it. The room was comfortable and had good facilities and the underground parking was very good, with lift access up to the rooms and reception.

On site parking, local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff were great and very welcoming. Great location and only 15 minutes drive from Dunedin city and good public transport. Hotel is right on the beach front and the views are amazing. A must stay location.
