Conveniently located; 5 minutes walking to Superfood and 3 minutes walking to Eagle Beach!
This beautiful condo is fully air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, own TV and closet space.
The living room area features a sofa and seating area, a flat-screen Smart TV, a well-fitted kitchen. A full-size fridge, microwave, stove-top and toaster are also featured, pots and pans, silverware and dishes as well as a coffee machine.
This condo complex has a nice pool, BBQ area right next to the large gazebo with tables and chairs. A laundry area , spa and restaurant are on site and Arena Condo is very close to well renowned restaurants and located right across the street from the Superfood supermarket!

The proximity to Eagle beach is fantastic; an easy and enjoyable walk right down the street. The Eagle Beach has a number of palapas and many trees for shade. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach.

Prime Location & Awesome Experience !

Best location; 2-3 minute walk to biggest/best grocery store on the island; 3-5 minute walk to nicest beach (Eagle); Taxi stand on property across the street (at La Cabana & Glitz Casino); Bus stop at Amsterdam Manor (3-5 minute walk); easy walk to Palm Beach area & restaurant zone (15-20 minute walk); we also walked to Oranjestad (35-40 minute walk). There a number of good restaurants in the immediate area as well. The property & unit is as presented on listing and it is extremely well kept. Tap water is excellent, ice machine & BBQs onsite, very convenient! Great water pressure & plenty of hot water ! 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, large cooler & beach towels provided. There is staff onsite at all times (reception desk during day & night security), staff are very friendly, helpful and service oriented. We had a few minor issues in our unit during our 4 week stay, which were dealt with very promptly & professionally. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and have never experienced this level of excellence in service! Special thanks to Rosalie who really went the extra mile in tracking down my brother in-law's missing bag which had been left in a taxi that we could not ID. Through her contacts & initiative (accessed footage from neighbouring security camera) it was found and intact (laptop, IPAD & other valuables still in the bag!), only in Aruba ! Host is very responsive & courteous. This was our first time in Aruba; we now understand why it's referred to as the " happy island", its beautiful, people are very friendly, food is amazing and it's very safe, even at night! we will no doubt be back and this property (Arena Condominiums) is at the top of our list!!! We highly recommend!
